An old friend Kenny Post used to say" Troy, cranes mean money , buy property where you see cranes". I've been selling property in Maroochydore for a long time and I can't remember how many times I have taken interstate buyers up to the top level of the Sunshine Plaza Car Park to show them the CBD Development Area. In 2007 you would take the buyers over to the old Big Top Shopping Centre first and stare at all the artist impressions and models on display of what the council and developers would like to build on the site.
