Jamie Holbrook

Jamie's career in property and real estate began in 1991, working alongside his parents, Brian and Gaye Holbrook, in the family building company, Holbrook Homes. The business operated from 'Holbrook House' on the corner of Maud Street and Sugar Road, Maroochydore.

After Brian tragically passed away in a motorbike accident on Easter Sunday in 1995, Jamie went on to gain valuable experience across several real estate firms, including Waterfront Only Property — a boutique agency he founded in partnership with close friends Darren Tickle and Ian Baker.

In 2007, Jamie established Property Today. As fate would have it, the head office operates from Holbrook House to this day, with a second office located at Shop 16/13 Mooloolaba Esplanade, 'The Peninsualr Apartments',  Mooloolaba.

In September 2025, Jamie officially handed over the reins of Property Today to his wife Agnieszka and daughters Chloe, Bela and Ally all carrying the Holbrook legacy in property into its third generation.

Across the years, Jamie has been fortunate to work with many talented staff and agents, and he remains deeply grateful for the relationships built and the many families he has had the privilege to help along the way.

While his 34-year career has been filled with memorable moments, achievements and milestones, Jamie will tell you without hesitation that his greatest achievement is, and always will be, his wife and four children.
