Jamie Holbrook

Jamie's career in property began in 1991, working alongside his parents, Brian and Gaye Holbrook, in the family building company, Holbrook homes, based at 'Holbrook House' on the corner of Maud Street and Sugar Road, Maroochydore.

After Brian's tragic passing in a motorbike accident on Easter Sunday in 1995, Jamie gained experience across several real estate firms, including Waterfront Only Property, a boutique agency he co-founded.

In 2007, he established Property Today, which still operates from Holbrook House, with a second office at Shop 16/13 Mooloolaba Esplanade, 'The Peninsula Apartments', Mooloolaba.

In September 2025, Jamie handed the reins to his wife Agnieszka and daughters Chloe, Bela and Ally, carrying the Holbrook legacy into its third generation.

Also within Holbrook House, Joshua Holbrook, a PGA Tour Professional, is Head Teaching Professional at Golf Today, a 24/7 Trackman golf facility.

Across a 34-year career, Jamie is grateful for the talented staff, agents and families he has worked with, but says his greatest achievement is, and always will be, his wife and four children.
