It was with mixed emotions that we decided to put our home on the market & plan for the next phase of our lives.

We owned a unit in Alexandra Headland & after living there for a short period it was impossible for us to look beyond the boundaries of Alex when it can to making our new home.

After looking at many properties in the area & not finding anything to suit our needs we were fortunate to find a vacant block and set about planning a home that would accommodate our family as it grew up over the years.

We actually grew into the house in a way as our youngest child was only 18 months old when we moved in so we allowed plenty of room for growth and as they grew up (in more ways than one) everyone was able to find their own personal space. There was always room for friends & family to visit and plenty of room for storage of all the accumulated bikes, surf boards, ski's etc.

One of the best aspects was that we didn't have to get in the car to go to the beach and children could walk or ride to their primary & high schools and most other places like the Cotton Tree Pool, the Maroochy footie field, the Buderim basketball courts, the Maroochy rugby ground, the Maroochy cricket club & the list goes on.

These days we like the fact that we can stroll down to Alex, Mooloolaba or even Maroochydore for a meal or coffee or just sit on the back deck & enjoy the lovely sea breeze and the sounds of the waves.

We are fortunate to have the bonus of great neighbours and our wonderful home has served all our needs and aspirations and is now ready & waiting for the next family to enjoy.
